No returns will be accepted without RA# (Return Authorization).
If you have a return you must call us first at 1-800-536-5564 for your RA#.
Any product accepted for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee unless it is replaced with another product purchased from Septic Services, Inc.
All returns must be returned in good condition including all original packaging and paperwork.
Refunds will be credited back to your credit card, excluding freight charges.
No returns accepted on special offers or after 30 days from date of purchase. No returns if product is not acceptable by local Regulatory Authorities.
